Placing An Order

To place an order, simply add your desired products to the shopping cart by clicking the "Add to Cart" button on the product page. To visit your cart or once you are ready to checkout, click on the shopping cart icon at the top right of our page. Here you may edit/delete items in your cart, leave a note for us, or estimate shipping costs. To complete your order click the "Checkout" button, fill in all necessary information and submit payment. You will then receive an email confirmation verifying your order.

If you experience any issues, please contact us immediately so we can further assist you.

NX Empire accepts the following forms of payment: Visa, Master Card.  We do NOT accept Checks, Money Orders, Paypal, etc. Only one form of payment may be used at checkout. We are unable to accept multiple credit/gift cards on one transaction. 

Due to the July, 2018 Supreme Court Decision in South Dakota vs. Wayfair - Online retailers that meet/exceed a certain revenue threshold in a given state are required to collect (charge) sales tax to orders placed in that state. 

As of August 2020, we must charge sales tax on your order subtotal to majority of states in the lower 48. We use a real-time sales tax calculator at checkout that is based off of your shipping address. This calculation is based off of your states sales tax and any potential county/city sales tax rates.

If you live in a state that charges sales tax BUT you purchase online from a company that does not charge sales tax, you are legally required to pay that "Use Tax" as a consumer.

Shipping

Once you submit your order, it will be processed and shipped within 1 business day (Monday to Friday).

Holidays or sales can delay processing. We will make sure to post clearly on our site for any expected delays.

Once your order is processed and ready for shipment, you will receive a confirmation email including your tracking information.

Shipping Rates for USPS First Class Mail, USPS Priority or USPS Priority Express are determined by order weight and shipping destination. These charges are automatically calculated at checkout once your Shipping Address is entered. 

Most USPS First Class Packages and USPS Priority packages arrive within 1 to 3 business days after processing, depending on location. USPS Priority Express guarantees overnight delivery to most U.S. Addresses; however, may deliver within 1 to 2 days. 

CBD derived from industrial hemp has been federally legal since late 2018; however, federal legality does not automatically confer state legality and each state handles hemp and CBD differently. It is  important for you to know all of your states regulations and laws, prior to purchasing. 

At this time, we are unable to ship to the following states: Idaho, Iowa and South Dakota.

If your tracking information states that your package has been delivered, yet you have not received it, we ask that you first contact your local post office and request to confirm delivery with the driver. In most cases, drivers may incorrectly mark the package as "Delivered" and then it will arrive the next business day. 

Please note that NX Empire will not be held responsible if the tracking information says that the package was "delivered", which means U.S Postal Service (USPS) or the courier service has claimed to have successfully delivered the package to the specified address.

If you still experience issues after contacting USPS. Please contact us and we will do our best to help rectify the situation and/or file any necessary claims with the shipping carrier. The claims process may take up to 7-10 business days and will result with either partial/full refund or replacement depending on case. 

Order Changes

Once an order has been processed and shipped from our facility, WE MAY, BUT DO NOT GUARANTEE that we are able to change the shipping address. 

USPS offers a package intercept online, which allows the consumer to stop delivery or redirect a package that is not out for delivery or has been delivered. This service does require a $14.65 fee plus any applicable postage, which is paid directly with the shipping carrier and is not a guaranteed service as certain conditions may apply.


We are unable to add products or modify any orders that have been submitted at this time. 

If your order arrives damaged or appears tampered with, please contact us immediately and send clear photos of the damage. We will replace your purchase right away and issue a return label for you (if needed) to send us back your original order so we can process a claim with the shipping carrier.

If the product has not been opened, we are able to accept returns within 14 days of when the order was delivered. Please contact us as soon as possible so we can issue a return label. Please note: Refunds will be issued minus the original shipping cost as well as return shipping cost. 

Unfortunately, once a product has been opened and/or used, we are unable to accept returns for health and safety reasons.

During normal processing times, once your order has been submitted it is immediately sent for packaging/shipping within a 24 hour time frame (Monday to Friday). Therefore, if you need to cancel your order please let us know immediately! Once an order has been processed and shipped, we are unable to further cancel your order. 


We are unable to add products or modify any orders that have been submitted at this time. 

Order Issues

If a package is sent to the wrong address and the incorrect information was provided online by the customer, it is then the customer's responsibility for the cost of re-shipping the item. We will re-ship the order once the original package has been returned to us. 

PLEASE make sure all information is accurate when placing your order. Any mistakes can significantly delay delivery and/or may incur additional shipping charges.

In the event that you receive your package and there is damage, it is incorrect or items are missing, please contact us immediately! We do require photos to show the damage and may need to file a claim with the shipping carrier. The claims process may take up to 7-10 business days and will result in partial/full refund or replacement, depending on case.
